It takes a few kilometres of furrow-ploughing through the sandbed with bike tyres to get to the "settlement". And then there's the climb to the rim. Remind me to pack an inflatable helicopter for my next voyage.

This should become a stage in the Tour De France: it would be the main stage that would separate the men from the wimps.
